Research on Efficient Utilization and Optimal Allocation of Water Resources in the Taolai River Basin
Abstract：Water resources, as a fundamental natural resource and strategic economic resource, are crucial for the high-quality development of agriculture and ecological protection in the Taolai River Basin. Under the national strategy of 'ecological protection and high-quality development,' improving water resource utilization efficiency and optimizing allocation is particularly important. Focusing on water resource management in the Taolai River Basin, this study employs the methods of basin system hydrology to explore efficient water use in farmland and sustainable development. It discusses the mechanisms of agricultural hydrological processes, enhancement of water use efficiency, optimal allocation of agricultural and ecological water resources, and coordinated optimization strategies of water, grain, and ecology. From the perspective of the water cycle, it systematically analyzes agricultural water-saving measures and the capacity for water resource allocation, providing scientific support for the coordination of high-quality agricultural development and ecological protection.
