Analysis of Meteorological Element Changes in Shizuishan City and Their Impact on Corn Planting
Abstract：Using meteorological observation data from the Shizuishan National Meteorological Station from 1991 to 2023, including temperature, precipitation, hours of sunshine, and days with strong winds, this study analyzes the characteristics of meteorological element changes in the Dawukou District of Shizuishan City over the past 30 years using mathematical analysis methods, and explores the impact of these changes on corn planting. The results show that over the past 30 years, the annual average temperature, annual hours of sunshine, and annual days with strong winds in the Dawukou District of Shizuishan City have generally shown a decreasing trend; the annual precipitation has generally shown an increasing trend. The changes in meteorological elements have had some impact on corn planting, and local farmers need to closely monitor meteorological changes and take appropriate measures to respond.
