Research on the Pain Points and Solutions for the Development of New Rural Collective Economy in Hunan Province
Abstract：Hunan Province has achieved practical results in giving full play to the market's role in allocating resource advantages, focusing on the cultivation of village-level leading enterprises, highlighting the geographical advantages, and accelerating the innovation of economic organizations. However, there are still problems such as a weak foundation for the development of rural collective economy, large regional differences, and inadequate policy publicity. Therefore, it is necessary to promote the development of new rural collective economy in Hunan Province by innovating the property rights system, highlighting the development of advantageous resources, expanding channels for cooperative operations, doing well in the planning of agricultural development projects, adopting diversified investment management models, and strengthening the supervision of power over village officials. This provides a useful reference for Hunan to achieve its 'agricultural strong province' strategy.
