Research on the Multiple Difficulties and Implementation Path of Building a Diversified Food Supply System under the Perspective of the Big Food View in Hunan Province
Abstract：Building a diversified food supply system is of great significance for broadening food supply channels, improving the level of food supply security, and optimizing the structure of food supply and demand. Therefore, from the perspective of the big food view, this paper analyzes the current situation of food supply and demand in Hunan Province, and finds that there are problems such as an unfavorable overall situation of food supply, intensified constraints on land resources, weak storage and logistics infrastructure, worrying business conditions of food supply enterprises, and structural shortages in food reserves in the process of building a diversified food system. The diversified food system in Hunan Province can be constructed from five aspects: strengthening basic research on food development, promoting the construction of the entire industry chain, improving the level of food processing and circulation industry, promoting the cluster development of food industry, and enhancing the safety level of food quality.
