Optimized Design and Machining of Agricultural Machinery Parts Based on CAD/CAE
Abstract:To address issues such as low efficiency and insufficient precision in the design and machining process of agricultural machinery parts, CAD/CAE technology was applied to optimize the crankshaft part of a rice harvester in Heilongjiang region. A three-dimensional parametric model was established using CATIA software, and finite element analysis was conducted using ANSYS software for topology optimization and strength verification of the crankshaft. The optimized design significantly improved the structural performance of the crankshaft, making the stress distribution more uniform and effectively enhancing its fatigue life. At the same time, a numerical control machining process was developed based on the optimized model, significantly improving machining accuracy and production efficiency, providing new ideas for the design and manufacturing of agricultural machinery parts.
