Discussion on the Integration Strategies of Agricultural Machinery and Cultivation Techniques in the Mechanized Production of Pinellia in Mountainous Areas
Abstract:In order to improve the mechanized production efficiency of Pinellia in mountainous environments, this paper deeply analyzes the limiting factors of mountainous terrain on agricultural machinery operations, the requirements for mechanical adaptability due to the growth characteristics of Pinellia, and the technical barriers in the integration of agricultural machinery and cultivation techniques. In response to complex terrain conditions, it is proposed that developing specialized agricultural machinery equipment with low center of gravity, anti-slip tracks, and adaptive leveling systems is necessary. A planting pattern optimized based on row spacing, plant spacing, and sowing depth is designed to enhance the adaptability of mechanized operations. Data show that in environments with a slope exceeding 20°, a low center of gravity design and an anti-slip track system can effectively maintain stability, while a dense planting pattern can increase operational efficiency by 18%. The analysis suggests that formulating technical standards for the integration of agricultural machinery and cultivation techniques is of great significance for promoting the efficient and stable development of Pinellia mechanization.
