Analysis and Measures of the Rural Elderly Care Service System under the Rural Revitalization Strategy
Abstract：The construction of a rural elderly care service system is an important part of implementing the rural revitalization strategy, as well as an important factor affecting its implementation. Meeting the elderly's needs for care and improving their quality of life in old age is an inherent part of rural revitalization. Currently, the rural elderly care service system faces practical problems such as low participation of market forces, weakened family-based elderly care functions, slow development of community-based elderly care services, and limited capacity of institutional elderly care services. Under the background of the rural revitalization strategy, the construction of the rural elderly care service system should strengthen market operation capabilities, enhance family-based elderly care capabilities, pay attention to community-based elderly care capabilities, and improve institutional service capabilities, continuously improving the level of rural elderly care services to meet the needs of the elderly population in rural areas and build a high-quality rural elderly care service system.
