Research on the Problems and Countermeasures of Agricultural Production Entrustment in Huainan City
Abstract：The large-scale entrustment model of agricultural production is the latest exploration of intensive agricultural operation methods. It promotes the organic connection between small farmers and modern agricultural development, achieving the goals of increased grain production and farmers' income. To further promote the development of large-scale entrustment in Huainan City, based on existing data and materials, this study analyzes the current situation of large-scale agricultural entrustment in Huainan City from four aspects: the speed and effect of the promotion of the large-scale entrustment model, the operational process, the leading role, and the supporting service platform. The research finds that the current development of 'large-scale entrustment' in Huainan City faces problems such as fragmented land, lack of high-quality technical talents and modern agricultural machinery and technology, lack of agricultural facility land, and incomplete agricultural facilities such as storage and drying. Some farmers have weak awareness of entrustment, and village officials have a weak sense of strengthening collective rural economy. These problems can be solved by means such as land consolidation, introduction of talents and technologies, increasing the publicity of the large-scale entrustment policy, improving farmers' participation, and appropriately increasing the benefits of village officials.
