New Quality Productivity Empowering Rural Revitalization: Key Elements, Issues, and Implementation Pathways
Abstract：At the present stage, new quality productivity has become an important guarantee for promoting the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas, as well as an important means of empowering rural development. Under the new quality productivity, the level of agricultural mechanization in rural areas has significantly improved, the application level of production technology has clearly increased, the mode of economic growth has shown a connotative characteristic, the business model has demonstrated market-oriented features, and it has also enabled the agriculture and rural areas of Ningde City to shift toward low consumption, low input, high efficiency, and high-quality development. However, during the process of comprehensive rural revitalization in China, there are still a series of problems that need to be solved. Therefore, in future development, Ningde City still needs to take new quality productivity as the main driving force in achieving rural industrial transformation, continue to use new quality productivity as the key to forming new industrial relations in rural areas, and thus build a new pattern of rural revitalization development that is compatible with new quality productivity.
