The First Excellent Paper Selection Activity of 'Industrial Engineering'
Abstract：In order to improve the quality of the journal, strengthen academic exchange, and encourage authors to write high-quality academic papers, 'Industrial Engineering' launched its first excellent paper selection activity in January 2025. Among the 209 papers officially published between 2023 and 2024, 41 papers were initially selected based on factors such as the value of the topic, content innovation, writing quality, practicality and benefits, and dissemination effect (including citation count and download count). These were then further reviewed by subject editors, discussed by the editorial department, and finally approved by the editor-in-chief. A total of 21 excellent papers were ultimately selected.
