Practical Exploration of New Quality Productivity Empowering the Cold Chain Logistics of Tianzhu Yak Fresh Meat
Abstract：This paper focuses on the current development status of the fresh meat industry of Tianzhu yaks in the Tianshan section of the Qilian Mountains and the challenges in cold chain logistics, analyzing the application value of new quality productivity in this field. The introduction of new quality productivity elements such as the Internet of Things, big data, and intelligent temperature control systems can significantly improve logistics efficiency, reduce costs, ensure meat quality and safety, and promote industrial upgrading. However, the application of new quality productivity still faces many challenges, which require coordinated efforts to overcome, thereby promoting the high-quality development of the Tianzhu yak industry, driving local economic growth, and supporting the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.
