Analysis of the Matching Degree between Vocational College Specialties and Regional Industrial Structure in the Lunan Economic Circle: A Case Study of Animal Husbandry Specialties
Abstract:This study takes the animal husbandry specialties of vocational colleges in the Lunan Economic Circle as the research object. Based on regional industrial development and educational resource allocation data from 2020 to 2024, it systematically explores the matching degree between specialty settings and industrial structure using methods such as deviation analysis. The results show that the livestock industry in the Lunan Economic Circle is characterized by a declining proportion of output value but a slight increase in pig farming scale, indicating a transformation trend. However, the total number of animal husbandry specialty points in the region's higher vocational colleges is insufficient and unevenly distributed, with only 6 specialty points set across 15 institutions, and no specialty points in Heze City. The professional structure lags behind the demand for industrial intelligence transformation, and the weak integration of industry-academia-research collaboration leads to insufficient innovation in the curriculum system. The scale and quality of talent supply are difficult to support the high-quality development of the livestock industry. In response to these existing problems, this study proposes optimization strategies such as establishing a dynamic adjustment mechanism for specialties, promoting the deep integration of curriculum systems with industrial technology, and building a digital industry-education collaborative platform, providing decision-making references for vocational education to accurately serve the rural revitalization strategy and the high-quality development of the regional economy.
