A High-Performance Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry Method for the Detection of Cefapirin and Cef噻呋 Residues in Animal-Origin Foods
Abstract:This study developed a new method for the quantitative analysis of cefapirin and cef噻呋 residues in animal-origin foods based on high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS) technology. Building on existing research, the sample pretreatment process was systematically optimized, and a complete analytical method was established and comprehensively validated. The results showed that the correlation coefficients of the standard curves for cefapirin and cef噻呋 were both 0.99993, with detection limits of 0.0552 and 4.72 μg/kg, respectively. The recovery rates ranged from 80.0% to 103.0% and 83.0% to 98.8%, and the relative standard deviations were between 4.06% to 6.15% and 3.78% to 6.62%, respectively. The results indicate that this method has low detection limits, good recovery rates, high accuracy, and good repeatability, and can provide strong methodological support for the detection of cefapirin and cef噻呋 residues in animal-origin foods.
