Determination of Amprolium Residues in Edible Tissues of Cattle by Ultra-Performance Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry Based on Solid-Phase Extraction
Abstract:This study established a high-precision method for the detection of amprolium residues in edible tissues of cattle based on liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry, and conducted methodological evaluation and validation. The results showed that the method had good linearity within the linear range, with a correlation coefficient of the standard curve being 0.99968, a detection limit of 0.6860 μg/kg, a recovery rate ranging from 91.9% to 97.5%, and a relative standard deviation of 0.7% to 2.2%. The results indicate that this method has a low detection limit, good recovery rate, high accuracy, and good repeatability, providing a strong methodological support for the detection of amprolium residues in edible tissues of cattle.
