Clinical Differential Diagnosis and Prevention Points of African Swine Fever
Abstract:African swine fever is a highly contagious and high-mortality infectious disease that poses a great threat to China's pig farming industry. Its clinical manifestations include high fever, cyanosis of the skin, and hemorrhage. In clinical diagnosis, it needs to be differentiated from swine fever and porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome. Techniques such as real-time fluorescent PCR and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay can improve the accuracy of clinical diagnosis. To further enhance the diagnostic effect of this disease, it is necessary to optimize prevention and treatment methods. This article discusses the pathogenic characteristics, clinical manifestations, and diagnostic methods of African swine fever, and draws on domestic and foreign experiences to explore the key points of prevention and control.
