Abstract：Improving beef cattle breeds based on genomics is an important approach to achieve efficient breeding, obtain high-quality beef cattle, and improve beef cattle breeds. In order to produce more high-quality beef cattle and meet the demand for beef quality, it is essential to conduct in-depth research on beef cattle genes. Therefore, this paper provides an overview of genomics, introduces the advantages of improving beef cattle breeds based on genomics, and finally summarizes the application of genomics in efficient breeding, aiming to provide feasible suggestions for research in this field.
