Optimization of a Method for the Determination of Amide Alcohol Drugs and Their Metabolites Residues in Poultry Eggs and Poultry Egg Products by Ultra-high Performance Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry
Abstract:This paper establishes a method for analyzing the residues of amide alcohol drugs and their metabolites in poultry eggs and poultry egg products using ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. The method exhibits good linearity, with correlation coefficients of standard curves for four amide alcohol drugs and their metabolites all greater than 0.99. The detection limits for chloramphenicol in poultry eggs and poultry egg products range from 1.31 × 10-2 to 1.55 × 10-2 μg/kg, with an average recovery rate of 91.5% to 102.0% and a relative standard deviation of 2.7% to 7.8%. For thiamphenicol, florfenicol, and florfenicol amine, the detection limits range from 3.39 × 10-1 to 6.35 × 10-1 μg/kg, with an average recovery rate of 89.0% to 107.0% and a relative standard deviation of 2.6% to 7.6%. Experimental results show that this method integrates the advantages of rapid detection, simple operation, accurate results, and high sensitivity, and can accurately achieve simultaneous determination of amide alcohol antibiotics and their metabolite residues in the matrix of poultry eggs and poultry egg products.
