Biosecurity Construction and Disease Prevention and Control Recommendations for Large-scale Pig Farms
Abstract：In recent years, the continuous outbreak of major animal diseases such as African swine fever has posed a serious challenge to China's pig farming industry, causing severe economic losses. Strengthening biosecurity construction has become a key measure for disease prevention and control in large-scale pig farms. Based on more than ten years of experience in pig disease diagnosis and treatment, emergency response to epidemic situations, and baseline surveys, this article focuses on providing biosecurity construction and disease prevention and control recommendations from aspects such as site selection for pig farms, introduction of breeding pigs, immunization programs, and disinfection systems, aiming to provide references for improving the biosecurity management level of large-scale pig farms.
