Meteorological Suitability Level Forecast of Rice Planthoppers in Jieyang City
Abstract：To improve the prediction level of rice planthopper occurrence and development, based on the light trap data and meteorological data of rice planthoppers in Jieyang City from January 2021 to June 2024, methods such as correlation analysis, linear interpolation, weighted contingency table analysis, and normalization were used to screen out key meteorological factors affecting the occurrence and development of rice planthoppers, which are the同期旬 average temperature and temperature-humidity coefficient. A meteorological suitability level forecast model for rice planthoppers in Jieyang City was established. Through back-calculation verification using historical data from 2021 to 2023, the model's back-calculation accuracy rate of 'basically consistent' or higher reached 83.3%. For the meteorological suitability level forecast of rice planthoppers in Jieyang City from January to June 2024, the model's forecast verification results showed an accuracy rate of 'basically consistent' or higher of 89.0%, indicating a generally good overall forecasting effect.
