Core Collection Construction of Millet Germplasm Resources in Yulin City

Abstract：In order to improve the efficiency of millet germplasm resource utilization in Yulin City,10％of the genetic resources of the 200 original germplasm were selected as the core collection by multiple clustering random sampling method.The results showed that the average percentage difference of phenotypic traits between core collection and total collection was 0％,the range coincidence rate was 86.77％,the variance difference rate was 8.33％,and the variation rate of coefficient of variation was 109.29％.The average values of 12 phenotypic traits of core collection and total collection were not significant,and the diversity index of the two groups was not significant,indicating that the selected core collection had good representation.
